Why?

We all want to be happy, and there's nothing wrong with that. But what does it take to be truly happy? For some people, it might be as simple as getting enough exercise or eating a healthy diet. Others might find that they need to work on their mental state, or find ways to reduce stress in their lives.

I was always thinking about creating a list of things I need to know about, a list with tips and answers for a grown up man... for me.

I want to have it always at my hand -  what should I eat and when, what are the steps to motivate myself, or get out from a depression, not burning out at work.

I can’t write or narrate, but I can collect… I can collect information in one place about so many issues men encounter daily, find or hope to find solutions then share it with the world.
